How long will it take to receive my items?

​

We will process and ship your order within 5-7 business days of receiving it. Once the item ships, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to reach you, depending on your location.You will receive a tracking number after the rug has shipped so you can keep track of your order's location. All rugs are shipped from Morocco through DHL.

Will I pay Sales Tax?

Yes, Sales Tax will be calculated & added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Please understand that all sales are final and we do not accept returns at this time. Keep in mind that vintage and handcrafted items may have irregularities in size, color, and style.  Please review all information and pictures. Feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have prior to purchase.

RUG INFO & CARE

Should I get a rug pad?

​

Yes!! Rug pads are definitely recommended to provide cushion and extend the life of the rug. A 100% felt or felt/ rubber combo rug pad is the way to go.

 

Are the rugs clean?

​

All of our rugs have been cleaned in Morocco prior to shipping here to the US. As these are vintage rugs, your rug may still have a slight smell (like an old rug) when you receive it. This is totally normal should go away within a few days as the rug has time to air out and adapt to its new surroundings.

How do I clean and maintain my rug?

​

Hand vacuuming can be done regularly to keep the rug clean and free of debris, but professional cleaning is recommended. If you want to use a large vacuum cleaner, I would use on the lowest setting. If it has a beater bar, this can abrade the rug and pull out the wool, so please use with caution.
