Peru

Begin your week in Peru in the Sacred Valley in a small ancient village, Ollantaytambo. Our woman owned hotel boasts it's own farm, distillery, coffee roaster, and day school. Each room is impeccably designed with a simple yet sophisticated rustic vibe and architecture to highlight the local culture as well as the geography. Our favorite feature was realizing that you could only see the skylight with view of the mountains from bed. The hotel sits alongside a stone pathway that leads you directly to town where you'll found local artisans selling their goods, ruins along the mountainside that you can hike to, as well as restaurants and cafes with the true taste of Peruvian charm.

Expect to immerse yourself into the sacred ceremonies of local shamans, enjoy making crafts with a local NGO, gather for a farm to table lunch, nourish yourself with fresh Peruvian cuisine, and of course hike one of the greatest natural wonders of the world, Machu Picchu. Women guides will take us to Montana Machu Picchu where we can get front row seats at the best view of the ruins in the world. Connect with a local NGO that is empowering indigenous women of the Andes to sell their textiles internationally. We'll get a first hand look at the process and be able to weave something ourselves. We'll stop at a couple owned, Michelin Star restaurant that's hidden away en route to Cusco.
The last three nights of our trip will be spent overlooking the valley of Cusco in our woman owned hotels sister boutique location. Walking tours with local female entrepreneurs, a cooking class and more is on the list for our time in this old city. If you appreciate multi dimensional experiences that infused with both modern innovation and ancient tradition, join us.
